FREE 1776-2026 250 Tag

This complimentary chart was designed to coordinate with my Postage Stamp Quilted Pear project and is finished as a simple cross-stitch tag. While I created mine as a tag, it would also be perfect as a label or project bag accent. I stitched the design using three Classic Colorworks threads in red, white, and blue, but feel free to substitute your favorite patriotic colors.

To finish, layer your linen with thin batting and a backing fabric, then stitch around the design close to the edge three times, leaving the edges raw for a primitive look. Add an eyelet at the top and embellish as desired to complete your tag.
